What is Live-Link?

Live-Link - the GDS interface is a live electronic distribution system for hotels, castles, palaces, self catering properties, venues and meeting space etc . Through our administrative interface you can enter contracts, prices and inventory, this will then appear live into our booking interface and then onto the live booking systems of thousand of travel agents, travel management companies, tour operators and travel websites in hundreds of countries throughout the world.

What will I gain from joining Live-link?

Massive Exposure - We expose your property to millions of potential guests daily worldwide through travel agents, Tour Operators, Global Distributions systems and accommodation only companies and thousands of partner websites, enabling you to receive an enhanced or an entirely new revenue stream through real-time reservations.

Who can join live-link?

Any hotel, Guest house, Self Catering apartments (condos), Villa, meeting space or venue. (You must have internet access to allow you to control your own inventory and rates through our system)

Where will my property be distributed?

We are able to expose your property over multiple platforms via Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Global Distribution systems, and thousands of and travel websites throughout the world. Your property will get exposure to millions of potential guests every day. 

How many bookings will I receive?

This depends on your property and how well you describe the atmosphere, facilities and amenities. It also depends on your location, rates and room availability.

Who does the guest pay?

The guest pays you, All card information is stored on our secure servers for you to retrieve. We can of course accept payment on your behalf.

How do I receive notification of bookings and cancellations?

You can log in with your password and check all bookings that have been made 24hrs / 7days a week through our user link.
 

Do we have to give a fixed allocation?

No, you control allocation. You can add or remove rooms and flex rates at anytime. In fact, we actively encourage you to do so. If you have an offer at the last minute load it onto they system and we instantly distribute it to our entire distribution network.

What rate levels can be set?

We help you to set up room types and input your rates, which, if applicable, may incorporate single, double occupancy and child supplement rates. You may also set up seasonal rates for high or low periods. Rates can also be changed instantly to take advantage of peak periods or to drum up business. Rate changes are instantly reflected across our entire distribution network so the effects can be immediate.

Are rates per room or per person?

You control, Rates are set per room or per person and can be loaded Net or as travel trade commissionable rates. Rates must include all taxes and compulsory service charges.

What happens if a guest cancels or amends their booking?

If guests cancels or changes, you are notified as you are with reservations..

Do cancelled bookings return rooms to the online inventory?

Yes and again, you are in control if you want to resell them room or close it out.  

Can I receive bookings through my own website?

Yes we can create an individual booking engine to take online bookings for your allocation only, plus with the added ability of having clients book their flights and cars on your site too.
