Control Your Rates

Live-Link allows you to amend your rates whenever you require so that you can maximise your room yield.

• Base Rates
  Initially the Live-link team will help you set up room types and input your rates. Your base  rate incorporates all taxes and compulsory service charges etc. Extras Like equipment hire and snacks, water, meals etc can all be added
• Seasonal Rates
  By entering 'from and to' date parameters, Live-Link enables you accurately to reflect seasonal rates for high or low season. Seasonal rates automatically override your base rates.
• Promotional Rates
  We also enable you quickly to change daily or weekly rates to take advantage of busy times or drum up business for slow periods. Because rate changes are instantly reflected across our distribution partners the effects can be immediate. These rates will automatically override your seasonal rates.
